Agustina (Tina) has 24 years working experience in Multinational and Local Company for various roles mainly in Customer Services, Operations & Business Analytic and Human Capital Management. She has been in several roles: Bankers, Executive of a conglomerates company, owner of a consultant firm and become an executive of a start-up. As a Certified International Trainers and Public Speaker, she aims to spread good news and share knowledge for a better Indonesia.
Tina’s diverse skills and various expertise in customer service, operation excellence and business planning as well as people management lead her to drive end to end people strategy and building the culture in DANA.
