Title: RFQ: Speech Writers, Blog Writers, Presentation Writers, Academic Writers, and Proofreaders
Classification: RFP
Location and Duration: Remote. Preferably located in the United States, Nigeria, Kenya, Mexico, Indonesia, or India.
Duration of Consultancy: January – December 2024

Position Summary

Women’s World Banking is expanding its pool of talented writers specifically in the fields of financial inclusion, technology, climate change, human-centered design, and policy. We invite professionals with expertise in areas such as:

  • Speech writing
  • Blog writing
  • Presentation creation
  • Academic writing
  • Proofreading

Roles and Responsibilities

About the Project

Writers, based on their competencies, will support various projects throughout the calendar year. Types of projects include, but are not limited to, speeches, blog posts, presentations, academic papers, or proofreading tasks.

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with Women’s World Banking’s mission, voice, and audience.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling content.
  • Write engaging and informative pieces to convey complex information.
  • Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Enhance Women’s World Banking’s communication through impactful content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in written content creation within the specified fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software and tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing and/or proofreading capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote working environment.
  • Understanding of and passion for women’s financial inclusion.
