Title: Brand, Marketing, and Communications Intern, Fall 2024
Reports to: Digital Marketing & Media Sr. Specialist
Classification: Internship
Location: Hybrid/New York City, NY, United States

Summary

The Brand, Marketing, & Communications (BMC) team is seeking a student intern or volunteer to support and enhance a comprehensive range of communications and marketing initiatives. This includes content management, multimedia content creation, event management and support, public relations, brand stewardship, and more.

The BMC team works closely with our interns to design a work plan that aligns with the intern’s current skill set and professional development goals. Our interns are fully integrated into the team, participating in weekly team meetings and having weekly one-on-one meetings with their assigned manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a student with strong communications skills seeking hands-on experience in integrated marketing strategies, multimedia content production, event coordination, partnership cultivation, and advanced copywriting/editing.

This opportunity is available for Fall 2024 and would consist of 15-20 hours hours per week, depending on the intern's availability. Please include your availability for both start date and hours per week in your application materials.

  • Familiarity with web publishing concepts, including building and updating web pages and posting content (text, images, videos) within a platform such as Wordpress.
