Louiza Kaluna

Louiza serves as Program Coordinator at Women’s World Banking, where she supports the design, delivery, and project management of the organization’s Leadership Programs.

Before joining Women’s World Banking, Louiza worked as Senior Program Coordinator for an education-focused NGO headquartered in Nairobi. In this role, she supported governments and organizations in over 15 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa to design, implement, and scale evidence-based education programs.

Previously, she held program management roles for various donor-funded initiatives in Kenya, focusing on governance and strengthening civil society.

Louiza holds an MA in International Development and a bachelor’s degree in information science.
