Enrica Ferrarotti

Enrica is the Chief of Staff at Women’s World Banking. In this role, she collaborates closely with the CEO, with her primary functions including oversight of the operations of the CEO’s Office as well as of the Board governance function of Women’s World Banking. In addition to supporting the CEO, she coordinates closely with members of the leadership team.

Before joining Women’s World Banking, Enrica worked for a foreign policy non-profit and volunteered with Save the Children in Rome, where she contributed to efforts addressing the refugee crisis.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University and is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
