The Global Meeting is an opportunity for the head of an organization and a high-potential leader. The high-potential leader should be already occupying a leadership role within the organization and reporting directly to the CEO. The following are additional criteria to keep in mind when confirming selection:
- Capable of being promoted to the next level of leadership or moved laterally to an operational role tied to executive team succession
- Considered by executive leadership to be a thought-partner on strategic initiatives and key decisions
- Has some knowledge of Women’s World Banking’s mission, work and strategy through participation in Women’s World Banking program offerings or Women’s World Banking technical assistance projects
