RFP: Videographer / Editor to Produce a Series of Impact Videos (Indonesia-based)
Position Overview
Position Summary
Summary
Women’s World Banking is seeking an Indonesia-based videographer/editor. We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented creative with a strong background in storytelling to assist in the creative design, scripting and editing of a new video series describing Women’s World Banking’s recent work in Indonesia to increase the financial inclusion of low-income women.
About Women’s World Banking
Women’s World Banking is an international non-profit that has been dedicated to women’s economic empowerment for 45 years. As an evidence-based organization, we turn insights into action and find innovative, impactful ways to empower unbanked and underserved women and promote equal access and usage of formal financial services.
About the Project
Women’s World Banking is launching an impact video series to share the impact of our work in helping to financially include and economically empower women. We want to tell these stories from the perspective of “her”, demonstrating that empowered women can be agents of their own lives achieving prosperity with security and dignity. This approach will not only elevate their crucial perspectives but to also help illustrate why we do what we do. Whether a woman is an end customer of a financial solution we helped roll out or she is a ministry official who has collaborated with us to advocate for policy change, fueling her economic empowerment is our purpose.
We expect footage and videos from Indonesia by local videographers with a "boots on the ground"/raw feel to be edited into branded video stories with similar story arcs - the challenge, the solution, and the positive life change they have seen as a result of their interaction with Women’s World Banking. Please assume the videos will be viewed on mobile devices and laptops as well as projected on large screens at conferences.
