Bio
Fadi has over 19 years of banking experience with a strong market knowledge in Corporate, Commercial & SMEs business and markets, with extensive experience in the Commercial & SME industry, and proven skills in projects finance, business transformation and leadership. He has managed projects and businesses in different areas, launched SME businesses in three banks, managed projects through from conception to delivery and led different teams in achieving the institutional goals and objectives. During his career he has worked in multicultural environments by being associated with large international banks in leadership positions; HSBC Bank, Standard chartered Bank, Arab Bank, Capital Bank, Emirates Development Bank and Mohamad bin Rashid innovation Fund.
Currently Fadi is the CEO at Sanadcom; the leading financial services provider for SMEs, based in Jordan, leading the company to strengthen their position as a market leader in SMEs sector by creating differentiated customer proposition vis-à-vis competition and become the SME’s choice of customers. He has successfully managed the SME business transformation, by enhancing value proposition & service model, expanding products & services range, and developing credit & collections capabilities, in addition to developing the overall digital tough for the company.
In addition to the internationally social diversified experience, Fadi has a Master of Business Administration from NYIT. His goal is to continue leading the Commercial & SME business growth in the region by supporting corporates, entrepreneurs and innovators.
