Bio
Noor joins Women’s World Banking with over a decade of diverse experience in international development and non-profit fundraising. She previously worked in development and communications for Chhaya CDC, Grameen America, Grameen PrimaCare, and the office of Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus.
She has also worked as a consultant with several non-profits and UN agencies, including UNFPA, World Food Programme, UNCDF and UN Women.
She earned a Bachelors in Business Management from Moscow University Touro and a Masters in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. Originally from Bangladesh, Noor grew up across multiple countries and speaks fluent Bengali, conversational Hindi, and some Russian and Arabic.
