Sieska Sumendap
Bio
Sieska is a Specialist of Advisory Services for Southeast Asia at Women’s World Banking. Sieska has over 9 years of experience in the banking industry, where she was able to enrich her portfolio in different areas. Her past experience includes customer onboarding, loan products, process improvement and budget control.
Prior to joining Women’s World Banking, she worked as a project manager at SeaBank Indonesia (a subsidiary of Sea Group), responsible for initiating, leading and executing strategic initiatives particularly across Operations area. She contributed to establishing the bank’s onboarding operation, several cost optimization projects and regulatory/ audit projects.
Sieska holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Washington in Seattle.
